FlashForward 2008 was just announced today. The conference will be held in San Francisco this year, August 20-22. I really enjoyed FF07 in Boston last year and highly recommend this conference for all levels of Flash users. One change announced this year is that Lynda Weinman of Lynda.com has passed ownership of the conference over to Metaliq CEO & Founder Beau Ambur. Also, let’s all keep an eye out for information on the FlashForward Film Festival as well as contests that may offer a free conference pass; I was able to scoop up an all expenses paid package via Thumbplay last year, so the opportunity definitely exists.
