Adobe/Blackberry PlayBook Contest

January 3rd, 2011 Chris Griffith

As you all undoubtedly know Adobe has been working closely with RIM to help them create a lot of great AIR apps for the Blackberry PlayBook launch in 2011. RIM is offering free PlayBooks to app developers whose apps get accepted into App World (http://us.blackberry.com/developers/tablet/playbook_offer.jsp) but Adobe decided to make the offer a little better for Adobe User Groups.

So, here’s the deal. Adobe is going to raffle off a bunch of prizes to both Adobe User Groups and to members of the groups who submit apps to the App World between now and February 1, 2011. Here’s what’s available:

1) ALL user groups who have at least one app submitted get an extra software raffle in 2011.
2) TEN individual user group members (or managers) drawn at random from all entries get a copy of FB4 Premium.
3) THREE Grand Prize winning user groups get a new mobile device to raffle off at an upcoming user group meeting.

So – there’s prizes available both for the groups and for individuals.

TO ENTER, you need to have SUBMITTED an AIR app to Blackberry’s App World AND you need to fill out the following form. Any member of an Adobe User Group or any group manager can enter. Multiple entries from one user group increase your chances to win.
